Shipping, Cancellation & Returns
Please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your parcel if the item is Faulty so we can organise a replacement for you.
We do not offer refunds. Refunds will not be given for change of mind. We will issue a Store Credit upon arrival of your returned parcel. Shipping costs are to covered by the customer. Please provide order name, order email or order number in your parcel for reference. All returns must be in original packaging and shipped back to us within 14 days. Once Ind&Jac have received the return you will be issued a store credit.
Sale items are non-refundable no store credits will be issued.
Orders that are cancelled (prior to packing and fulfilling) by the customer will ensure a 5% cancellation fee that will be taken off the refunded amount to cover lost service fees.
